The Dutch Tax Council designated the Royal Asian Art Society as a Cultural Public Benefit Organisation (‘Culturele Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling’ (ANBI)) as of the 1st of January 2022, which means that one’s gifts may be tax-deductable and that there is exemption from inheritance or gift tax.
