The General Meeting of Members 2024

The board of the KVVAK invites its members to the 2024 general members meeting on Saturday, April 20 at 2 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Afterwards, one of the curators from the Asian art department will give a lecture about the upcoming major Asian bronze exhibition in the Rijksmuseum, which opens on September 26.

Walk-in with coffee and tea starting at 13:30 hrs.

Following the members’ meeting, Ching-Ling Wang, curator of Chinese art at the Rijksmuseum, will give a lecture previewing Asian Bronze. The beauty of 4,000 years of Asian bronze art in 75 objects, the major temporary exhibition featuring masterpieces traveling to Europe for the first time. On view at the Rijksmuseum from Sept. 26, 2024 through Jan. 12, 2025.

We will conclude the afternoon with drinks in the Foyer.
