Specimen Meeting OBA

On Saturday afternoon, September 24, the Ceramics Committee will host a specimen meeting from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Prinsenzaal 6.6 (sixth floor) in the OBA. The door is open from 13.30 and admission is free. Members will have the opportunity to present their own Asian ceramics. Kees de Jong will talk about 18th century Chinese action plates and Cees Broekhof about Dutch family arms on 17th and 18th century Japanese porcelain. Afterwards there will be a handling session with Chinese miniature objects from the collection of Dr. Koos de Jong.
