Rijksmuseum-IIAS Lectures on Asian Art: ‘The Goddess Durga, from the Bengals to East-Java’
On 11 november there will be a lecture in the Auditorium in the series of the ‘Rijksmuseum-IIAS Lectures on Asian Art’. The speaker is Prof. dr. Claudine Bautze-Picron.
The theme is ‘The Goddess Durga, from the Bengals to East Java’ and also the two Durga sculptures in the Asian Pavilion will have a role in the presentation.
