News from the Rijksmuseum

After an extensive restoration the 17th-century Japanese screen ‘Leisure time near the cherry blossoms’ is on view in the Rijksmuseum again. Also, in the Asian Pavilion, Japanese paintings from the Shijō-tradition and a display about Guanyin, the deity of mercy.
